Led Zeppelins music is timeless. It has charmed the following generations and set new standards for sound! The mere fact that the gentlemen of Led Zeppelin could be our grandfathers makes their musical accomplishments even more impressive for us!
Because of this we wanted to commence this project with the proper respect for the work of these exceptional musicians. We are four enthusiastic fans that approach this project with much love and attention to detail,, only to get that much closer to the sensation of the original.
BIOGRAPHY
2009 Graf Vlad had the unbelievable idea to found a Led Zeppelin Tribute Band with John Bon. No sooner said than done. Ore, a word and a blow!
Well, they wanted to pay homage to those Lords of ROCK N ROLL who ever rocked the planet but THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME.
Rainer Lidauer on drums and Richard Krennmaier on vocals soon payed attention and soon joined the CAROUSELAMBRA after a HOT DOG.
The DANCING DAYS of Grand Zeppelin began.
YOUR TIME IS GONNA COME and after some flights across the THE OCEAN Krennmaier left the MOTHERSHIP after a COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN and drove away in THE ROVER. HOUSES OF THE HOLY they thought. ALL MY LOVE slipped away IN THE LIGHT, and was TRAMPLED UNDER FOOT.
The new voice Segnior Phelippe was like an IMMIGRANT SONG and further their new frontman. He sang like SOUTH BOUND SAUREZ. HOW MANY MORE TIMES they played after Van Bonso also felt a bit DAZED AND CONFUSED and left FOR YOUR LIFE the band and let us behind like POOR TOM.
THAT´S THE WAY they thought and felt now standing like a FOOL IN THE RAIN.
John Bon Budi said: "IN MY TIME OF DIYING i will give ACHILLES a LAST STAND and I am happy that not TEN YEARS are GONE!" And Graf Vlad asked: "Is it NOBODY´S FAULT BUT MINE?" They felt SICK AGAIN.
But IN THE EVENING, DOWN BY THE SEASIDE they soon found a new HEARTBRAKER on their STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN. Graf called Victor Bonham "THE LOUD" and said: "DARLENE, YOU SHOOK ME and I CAN`T QUIT YOU BABE." Now that a new drummer was found, WHAT IS AND WHAT SHOULD NEVER BE, their WEARING AND TEARING was gone and they spent NO QUARTER to leave that BLACK MOUNTAIN SIDE.
As you can see: WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS, the GALLOWS POLE will RAMBLE ON, OUT ON THE TILES and OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY like LA DRONE. THANK YOU!

As a big fan of good old rock music I was stoked when I was asked to join Grand Zeppelin.
To pay tribute to a band - and in my case - a singer that has managed to infuse all sorts of music with his musical genes is one of the greatest aspects of playing music.
I was always fascinated by singers that displayed a wide range with ease. Robert Plant is such a singer, no doubt about it. He set standards in all the defining areas of singing, therefore I see Grand Zeppelin as a special challenge for me.
I also want to say that in Grand Zeppelin it is my privilege to play with musicians that really put their heart into the music and are a real enrichment to my life, not only musically.

everyone starts off learning guitar with “Stairway to heaven”. So did I! But I didn’t begin to realise the overall diversity, variety and depth of the music until I was forced to delve deeper into the tricky material. Jimmy’s creativity and crunchy guitar sound combined with Bonhams drum feats always set me off. I am not and never was a Led Zeppelin Fanboy - but I am a massively impressed fan of the Les Paul Sound! (RIP)

Led Zeppelin has been one of my favourite bands for some time. The inspiring music of these four rock history heroes often picked me up when I was in the dumps and highlighted the positive moments.
I can still remember when I began playing guitar that “whole lotta love” was one of my first guitar riffs.
At our first rehearsal it had been planned that I play Keyboards, but I was surprised to find out that I could play 3 songs on bass without rehearsing!
That’s when I realized how much Mr. John Paul Jones has added to my complete musical career. A class act rock n roller!
VIKTOR BONHAM "THE LOUD" IVANOVIC
Drums
His name tells you pretty much what you can expect from Viktor “Bonham” the Loud.
He grew up with Led Zeppelin, and Bonham is as he would say “Papa for Drummers”. Viktor plays with passion, heart and power. This makes his playing unique and moving. One of the finest rock drummers!
